Our Facility:

Lake Mills Chiropractic, LLC is a spacious, 4000 square foot office located in beautiful Lake Mills, Wisconsin. The office opened in July of 1998 and we have been serving Jefferson County and the surrounding area ever since. The office is comprised of a reception area, a large open adjusting area, a consultation room, a private treatment room, an x-ray room, two examination rooms, and a large rehab room. We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable atmosphere with soft, relaxing music and aromas. Our office provides a number of services and we are constantly expanding to stay up to date in the constantly evolving health care arena.

Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

We gladly accept most health insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Dean, and hundreds of other plans. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family. Forms of payment accepted by the office are checks, cash, or any debit/major credit card.
