Lake Mills Chiropractic, LLC is a spacious, 4000 square foot office located in beautiful Lake Mills, Wisconsin. The office opened in July of 1998 and we have been serving the Jefferson county and surrounding area ever since. The office is comprised of a reception area, a large open adjusting area, a consultation room, a private treatment room, an x-ray room, two examination rooms, and a restroom. We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable atmosphere with soft, relaxing music and aromas. Our office provides a number of services and we are constantly expanding to stay up to date in the constantly evolving health care arena.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. The insurances we accept are Medicare, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Dean, and hundreds of other plans. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We will work with you to create a financial plan that works for you. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
