Here at Lake Mills Chiropractic LLC, we make the insurance filing as simple as possible.  All you need to do is bring us your insurance information, and we will submit all of your claims for you.  We also follow up with your insurance company to make sure you are receiving your full benefits.  Any questions you may have during your treatment regarding finances will be handled in a prompt and professional manner.  We have dealt with many situations and different insurance companies which include: commercial health, workers compensation, personal injury, Medicare, and medical assistance.  We pride ourselves at Lake Mills Chiropractic LLC, that we will go the extra mile and treat you fairly with any insurance situation. 

For your convenience we accept most forms of insurance for coverage of services at our office.  We are members of many PPO plans.  These plans frequently change so it is best to call our office for answers to any specific billing questions. We also have specialized training to file the paperwork involved in auto accident injuries and work related injuries. 

Your auto insurance med-pay covers chiropractic treatment 100% when you have been injured in your automobile and you do not need a referral.  

If you have been injured on-the-job, your employee's worker's compensation insurance covers chiropractic treatment 100% and you also do not need a referral.  Wisconsin State Law allows you to choose a chiropractor on your own regardless of which doctor your employer sends you to.

Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the potential high cost of care need not worry. We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to our high-quality care for you and your family.

We also have various options / discounts available for payment at the time of service.

We have never denied anyone the benefits of chiropractic care due to their inability to pay our published fees.
